We collect the email address you provide during registration and the calculation inputs and results you generate. We do not collect payment card details — these are handled exclusively by Stripe.
Your data is used to provide the CBAMcalc service, including storing your calculation history, managing your subscription, and sending transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, password reset).
User accounts and calculation data are stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), a GDPR-compliant cloud database hosted in the EU. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We use secure, HTTP-only cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use Supabase (auth and database) and Stripe (payment processing). These services process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
Calculation history is retained according to your plan (7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, 365 days on Business). Account data is retained until you request deletion.
