While we strive to keep CBAM pricing and regulatory data accurate, CBAMcalc cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose of any calculation outputs. Users are responsible for verifying results with official EU sources before submitting regulatory declarations.
Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Stripe processes all payments and card data is never stored on our servers.
You may not use CBAMcalc to violate any applicable laws, infringe on any intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.
CBAMcalc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
